TabTrade Broker Review - A Look at This New CFD Broker

TabTrade — What It Is

TabTrade.com opened in Q1 2026. Online broker based in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Previously, he was in leadership at BlackBull Markets, a FMA-regulated broker.

That last detail matters. It says the leadership has actually done this before. Does not mean TabTrade is the same as BlackBull. Still better than a founder with no industry background.

They launched with execution through Equinix servers. Same data centres institutional desks use. Most new brokers focuses on ads and sign-up promos. Tab Trade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.

The instrument list: FX, indices, metals, oil, energies, softs, shares, cryptocurrencies, ETFs. A wide spread. For a broker this new, that coverage is not narrow.

What You Trade On

Available: MT5, cTrader by Spotware, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from one account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both makes a difference. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is the industry standard. Full charting, Expert Advisors, massive community. If you know a MetaQuotes platform before, there are no surprises.

cTrader by Spotware is the cleaner option. Better depth of market. Smoother chart interaction. Built-in algo trading. Many people like it better than MT5 once they try it.

FIX API is offered for automated strategies but needs the VIP tier ($25,000 to open). TradingView is said to be in the works. That would be a good addition when it lands.

Accounts and Pricing

Three tiers: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard account. Spreads from 1.0 pips. Commission-free. Easy to track. $0 to start. Works for anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge account. True raw pricing from 0.0 pips on average. Commission of $3.50 each way. All-in: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is often under 0.2 pips. So your real cost can be under half a pip. That is cheap for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP. $25k to open. FIX API, sub-20ms execution, tailored rates. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

Execution Speed

This is where this broker stands apart. Equinix data centres. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Below 20ms on VIP. That is proper execution targets. Most retail brokers operate at hundreds of milliseconds.

Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, absolutely. The gap between fast execution and sluggish execution is catching the move or missing it. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. What matters is they invested in proper execution. That says something about priorities.

Put together that execution speed with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get holds up. Not many platforms at this price point have infrastructure at this level.

Regulation

Here is the detail that requires honesty. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If the lack of tier-1 regulation is a dealbreaker, stop reading. Lots of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.

But. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Fly-by-night platforms do not pay for tier-1 data centre access. That does not replace tier-1 regulation. But factor into your assessment.

What you are accepting: no FCA or ASIC safety net. In exchange: 1:1000 leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether this deal is worth it comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

TabTrade offers a deposit bonus of up to $2,000. Standard welcome offer. You deposit, TabTrade top up your balance. Usual conditions attached: turnover conditions before bonus funds can be taken out. Review the fine print before funding.
